Nemocnost a úhyny telat dojeného skotu v období do odstavu
Nováková, Viktória
The bachelor’s thesis Diseases and deaths of dairy cattle calves in the period until weaning describes an overview of the most common diseases of calves from birth to weaning and the causes of their death in this time period. The most common diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract are septicemic coli infection, diarrhoic syndrome and infectious enterotoxemia. The respiratory system is most often affected by the respiratory syndrome, which as a complex of diseases includes infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, parainfluenza 3, bovine respiratory syncytial virus and pasteurellosis. Calves diseases are affected by various factors that affect their health. Health is conditioned to a large extent by colostral and milk nutrition, the principles of witch are based on we will discuss. If one of the factors affecting health is disturbed, it can have impact on breeding. Practical part with the most common diseases and their treatment in a company in Slovakia. Based on the results, it was found that in the given farm, the morbidity rate is 86.26% of the total number of calves until weaning. The most prevalent were diarrheal diseases 48.07% and respiratory diseases 36.05%. The recommendation is to educate employees about the technological and animal hygiene principles of husbandry.
Quantum cryptography
Turčanová, Klára ; Dejdar, Petr (referee) ; Münster, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on quantum cryptography. In the theoretical part, there is an analysis of secure key distribution in the fiber-optic infrastructure. Methods such as quantum key distribution (QKD) or physical layer secret key generation for fiber-optic networks are analyzed, including a description of the security and technical limitations of the methods. The thesis also attempts to interpret some basic principles of the optic infrastructure used in QKD. In addition to the distribution of keys, the thesis also tries to approximate the basic principles of the optic infrastructure used in QKD and, last but not least, post-quantum cryptography (including a comparison with quantum cryptography and current protocols). In the practical part, the effect of the macrobending of the fiber and the reflectivity of the connectors on the operation of the quantum system was demonstrated. It was also demonstrated that temperature and light acting on the QKD optic infrastructure do not have a fundamental effect.
Řešení technických a technologických zařízení v návrhu novostavby kravína u obce Kamenný Újezd
VYHLÍDALOVÁ, Lucie
The theme of this thesis is the design of new agricultural building cowshed, near the town of Kamenný Újezd. The theoretical part consists of a literary research, which deals with description of possible and the most used variants of technical and technological equipment, supplemented by legislative conditions for the type of construction. The practical part deals with the design of technical and technological equipment, which is chosen as the most suitable for this construction. Then these designs are elaborated and plotted in disposition and technology schemes and drawings.
Novostavba zemědělského objektu - kravín
KOHOUT, Daniel
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate simplified documentation for building permit of new agricultural building a cowshed. This is achieved on a real, existing plot of land, using general principles of projecting this kind of buildings. It is crucial to work and cooperate with map sources, to make technical documentation, draw up project layouts, act in compliance with statutary instruments, execute local survey, and take account of another facts. First part of thesis is about historical development of agricultural building, while second part is following these findings and showing the actual way of making projects.

New building farm house - cowshed
VYHLÍDALOVÁ, Lucie
The theme of this thesis is the design of new agricultural buildings - cowshed. It focuses primarily on the development of simplified documentation on real plot. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of a literature review of agricultural buildings, their historical development, design and material solutions. The practical part is dedicated to design agricultural building on the lessons learned.
Activity of the thyroid gland of cattle
KŘÍŽOVÁ, Zuzana
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the impact of different quantities and forms of iodine in ration dairy cows on the concentration of hormones of the thyroid in the blood plasma. The experiment was done with a herd of Red cows breeding in the conversion to breed in the breeding of Holstein dairy cows in Klatovy. Iodine was given in both inorganic and organic form. Before experimenting, the value of total and free forms of hormones was very low. During the experiment, increased concentrations of hormones in connection with the intake of inorganic iodine, the significant deviations showed free forms of thyroid hoemones. Nevertheless, the addition of organic iodine was not fully substituted for the reduction of inorganic iodine content. The thesis also discusses the assessment of the thyroid status by Czech red cattlebreeding on the school farm. The aim was to compare the activity of the thyroid gland in high-yield dairy cows breeding in a barn environment and cattle on pasture reared cattle. For red cattle reared on pasture, there were characteristically higher concentration levels of total and free hormones compared with high yield dairy cows. Nevertheless, in comparison with the reference value, there was a concentration of TT4 for Czech red cattlelower, it coresponded well as dairy cows, rather lower iodine supply. In connection with the rise (higher content) TT4, possibly fT4, there was a similar tendency for the TT3 and fT3, so we can´t assume a deeper state of iodine deficiencies and its associationwith an underactive thyroid gland.
